Local Listing Rescue · prelaunch v0.3

Find the online mistakes that are costing you quote requests.

A proposed AI-assisted service for owner-led pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and similar local service businesses: a plain-English public-information report showing the visible issues that can make prospects hesitate, trust a competitor instead, or abandon a quote request.

Pilot not accepting orders, payments, or contact requests yet

Proposed offer: Local Visibility Cleanup Report

A one-time report designed to help a small service business spot obvious public-facing problems before prospects call someone else — without hiring an SEO agency, signing a retainer, or handing over account credentials.

$149 proposed pilot price
  • Public listing consistency review: business name, service area, categories, hours, phone/website, obvious mismatches.
  • Google Business Profile surface check from public results only; no login or credentials requested.
  • Website trust check: homepage clarity, service pages, calls to action, mobile readability, visible proof elements.
  • Review-response hygiene: patterns, missing responses, and suggested response templates for owner approval.
  • Prioritized fix list: quick wins, medium fixes, and items that need owner/platform access.

What a pilot customer would receive

  • One-page executive summary: the top visible problems and why they matter.
  • Screenshot-backed issue list: what was observed publicly and where.
  • “Fix this first” checklist: the highest-impact actions in plain English.
  • Suggested review-response templates for owner review and approval.
  • Suggested homepage / call-to-action wording to reduce quote-request friction.
  • Do-it-yourself vs. get-help notes so the owner knows what is simple and what may need a web/marketing helper.

Built for owner-led service businesses

Initial niche: Raleigh-area pressure washing and exterior-cleaning companies where trust, local search presence, reviews, and fast quote requests matter.

Plain-English, action-first deliverable

The output is intended to be a concise report, not a dashboard subscription: what looks wrong, why it may cost calls or quote requests, what to fix first, and what can wait.

AI-assisted, human approval-gated

AI tools may help research, draft, and organize findings. Human approval is required for order acceptance, payments, policy decisions, escalations, and customer deliverable release.

Draft report process: from visible issue to owner action

  1. Public surface scan: review only public pages/listings/search results; no customer credentials.
  2. Issue inventory: identify consistency gaps, missing trust signals, unclear service-area language, weak calls to action, and review-response opportunities.
  3. Prioritization: separate quick public fixes from items requiring owner account access or platform support.
  4. Owner-ready recommendations: provide templates, checklists, and do-it-yourself vs. get-help notes the business owner can approve and implement.

What Local Listing Rescue will not do

  • No Google affiliation claims.
  • No ranking, revenue, lead-volume, or review-improvement guarantees.
  • No fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake customer experiences, or false social proof.
  • No login credentials requested for Google, Yelp, Facebook, website, email, or payment systems.
  • No mass spam or use of Dave's personal contacts.
  • No order acceptance, customer correspondence, or deliverable release until Dave approves the operating policy.

Before a real pilot can open

Dave/Riker approval is still needed for: outbound email identity, prospect-list use, outreach language, payment workflow, order-acceptance rules, refund/terms/privacy text, and the first customer-deliverable release process.
